Produra 2.0, moreover, offers numerous possibilities for your personnel administration. Accurate logging of the work done ensures the efficient controlling of your costs. Special entries, such as vacation, illness, and overtime can be made. You can create new user groups with their own access rights.
Using the extremely flexible administrative functions, you can customize Produra for your company. For example, you can configure your project numbers according to the system used in your organization, define various data fields according to your needs and set legal holidays.
Produra has a comfortable user interface: All the data is shown in a structured manner, similar to the Windows Explorer. Projects and contacts can be arranged in any folder structure, and you can flexibly modify the views for the individual tables. Data can be moved quickly and easily using drag & drop. You can create and print a comprehensive report and add, for example, graphics and charts. But you can also select any records for a quick overview and print them with a single mouse click.
