Just play and train. The goal of the game is to remove all the bubbles from the board and to get as many points as possible. Just shoot at them with bubbles that appear at the bottom. Point your mouse to the spot on the board you want the next bubble to go to and click to shoot. If there are three or more bubbles of the same color clustered together, they will all explode. The more bubbles you blow up with a single shot, the more points you get. Keep in mind that the less number of shots you make - the more points you get.
